The Philadelphia 76ers pulled off a stunning upset against the Boston Celtics in Game 1 of their playoff series, despite missing their star center Joel Embiid. The Sixers, led by an incredible 45-point performance from James Harden, managed to secure a hard-fought 119-115 win on the road.
Embiid's absence was certainly felt by the Sixers, but they were able to make up for it with strong performances from other players. Paul Reed stepped up to start in Embiid's place at center and had an impressive game with 10 points and 13 rebounds. He also hit some crucial free throws down the stretch to help seal the win for his team.
